Packaging
- Any glass or fragile items should be entirely bubble wrapped; popcorn or
shredded paper are highly recommended as fillers or insulation to prevent
breakage.

Multiples - Please mark the packages with a
magic marker in the upper right hand corner to indicate the number of
packages going to one location with a fractional number i.e.; (1/3, 2/3,
3/3); label every package in the shipment with a normal to and from
shipping label.

COD's - Only one COD tag should be used per
shipment; cash only customers should be highlighted and visibly marked on
packages in magic marker to ensure driver's attention.

Pick up requests (Call Tags) - Must be
manifested, including the number of boxes to be picked up, attach call tag
labels to your nightly manifest sheet(s). Please call your customer and
explain that the items to be returned must be properly packaged and labeled
to receive proper credit.

Deliveries to private homes - Include as much
information as possible to facilitate delivery, such as telephone number,
security gate entry number, and if addressee is not present leave with
neighbor or in safe area (porch or patio).
